Tips for Managing Your Account
- Keep your account safe by protecting your username and password. You can always change your password by going to your profile after you’ve logged in.
- Forgot your password? Click the link on the home page to retrieve it.
- Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
- The system will log you out automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.
- Update your personal profile as your information changes.
FAQs for Partners and Educators about Registration
Are you registering during a training event?
If a number of people from a new school or organization need to register, one person must register and be activated by the Ford PAS Trainer first, before others proceed to register so that the organization is added once. After the first person is activated, all others may register and select the newly added school/organization.
To activate your account during a training, speak to your Ford PAS trainer, call the Ford PAS hotline at (888) 338-3267, or e-mail info@fordpas.org.
Are you registering from a new site or organization?
Make sure you enter the full name of your school or organization without abbreviations. Do not modify the spelling as this will cause an error in the information we have about your organization. If you receive a message saying the organization has already been registered but you do not see it in the list, contact info@fordpas.org for assistance.

The Business/Education Advisory Council (BEAC) is an integral part of the Ford PAS program and is intended to provide a supportive link between the school program and local businesses, community organizations, and institutions of higher education. Visit the BEAC Toolkit to find additional information and resources useful in establishing and maintaining a BEAC.
After you become a member, you’ll receive access to the Teacher Blog. Use your case-sensitive username and password to log in. If you cannot access the Teacher Blog, please contact the Ford PAS TA Group (e-mail info@fordpas.org or call 888-338-3267.)
NOTE: If you have a space in your Ford PAS username, omit the space when logging in to the Teacher Blog.
Ford PAS partner organizations include:
- four-year colleges and universities
- community and technical colleges
- national community-based organizations
- local chapters of national community-based organizations
- local independent community-based organizations
- education organizations
- Ford-related entities (plants, CRCs, etc.)
- state and local government agencies
- professional/industry organizations
- school districts
Yes, you will need two web accounts (with two different usernames): one for the partner organization, and one for the site.
- Go to www.fordpas.org/registration/ and register as partner coordinator/staff person for your organization. Name your organization "[Your Organization Name] Partner Account."
Print your confirmation.
- After you’ve registered your partner organization and account, go back and register as the site coordinator or teacher for the site at your organization. Name your site "[Your Organization].” Print your confirmation.
- A Ford PAS TA Group member will contact you and/or activate your account. If you encounter any problems contact the Ford PAS TA Group at info@fordpas.org or 888-338-3267.
