What to Submit
Many types of student work are welcome, including written reports, posters, student journal entries, timelines, flow charts, MS PowerPoint® presentations, photographs, presentation displays, AutoCAD® drawings, and completed tests and quizzes. Read more.

How to Submit

Electronic Submissions
To submit student work electronically, please e-mail it to info@fordpas.org. If possible, scan the completed submission and consent forms and attach them to the e-mail with the student work. If you cannot scan the forms, you may fax them to (617) 965-6325, or mail them to the address provided below.

What to Include with the Student Work (Required Forms)

Each submission should be accompanied by these forms:

  1. Student Work Submission Form Download PDF
    (fully completed)
  2. Student Consent Form: Download PDF
    • For students under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian signature is required
    • For team submissions, consent forms are required for all students who developed the work
    • Consent forms are required for each person shown in a photograph
  3. Adult Consent Form Download PDF
    (required for any adult shown in a photograph)

You may choose to plan ahead and begin completing the Student Work Submission Forms before students complete their projects.

Eligibility for Prizes

Ford PAS students and teachers who submit student work and meet submission requirements will be entered into a prize drawing. Read more.

For each drawing, three teachers will each receive a $50 gift certificate.
  • For each drawing, one student team will receive gift certificates*.
  • For each drawing, two students will each receive a $50 gift certificate.

Eligibility for the Ford PAS National Networking Conference
In addition to being eligible for prizes, a small number of students may be invited to a Ford PAS National Networking Conference. Read more.
