Submit Your Ford PAS Work
The Ford PAS community encourages you to share your Ford PAS work. Students who submitted their work are entered into a prize drawing for $50 gift certificates. Winners are announced and student work may be displayed in the Student Gallery. A grand prize, an iPod nano, will be awarded during the 2007–2008 academic year. Questions? Spring 2008 winners will be announced soon. The 2007–2008 submission period is over. Thank you for your submissions!
- Any work that you independently or collaboratively developed in a Ford PAS class
- Photographs depicting Ford PAS activities (for example, field trips, guest speaker visits, action shots of student presentations or working in teams)
- Completed tests (we won’t post these in the Student Gallery, but you will still qualify for prizes!)
What to Include with Your Work
You must send these required forms along with your work to be eligible for the prize drawing.

- Parent or guardian signature is required for students under 18 years of age
- For team submissions, consent forms are required for all students on the team
- Consent forms are required for each person shown in a photo
□ Adult Consent Form (required for any adult shown in a photo)

E-mail student work and completed PDF submission form to info@fordpas.org.
Consent forms: Scan the consent forms and attach them to the e-mail with the student work, fax them to 617-965-6325, or mail them to the address provided below.

- For each submission period, two individual students will receive a $50 gift certificates and one team will receive gift certificates
(each team member will receive a $50 gift certificate or a lesser value, depending on the number of students in the team, up to a maximum of $250.)
In addition to being eligible for prizes, some students will be invited to the Sixth Annual Ford PAS National Networking Conference in Palm Springs, CA. Participants will be selected based on student work received by May 2, 2008, and the relevance of the work to the Ford PAS curriculum themes highlighted at the upcoming conference. Students invited to the Ford PAS conference will attend at no cost. Selected students will be notified through their Ford PAS teacher and will be asked to complete appropriate travel forms. Students attending the conference must be accompanied by a school chaperone.
